Consistent quality, reliable service

I've purchased from Oldream Medical several times now, mostly for PCL Cog Threads and Hyaluronic Acid Injectables. This last order was just as smooth as the previous ones. The products are consistently high quality, which is important for my practice. Shipping always takes about a week, which is fine. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and they deliver every time. It's reassuring to have a reliable supplier.

Decent threads, slow support

I bought some Nose Lifting Threads and Eye Threads. The product quality was good, no complaints there. They seem to be effective for my clients. My only minor issue was with customer service; I had a question about an invoice and it took a bit longer than I expected to get a response. Not a huge problem, but could be faster. Delivery was fine, arrived in about 5 business days.

Great value on fillers

This was my first time buying from Oldream Medical. I was looking for a good price on Dermal Fillers and they had a decent offer for new customers. The bulk discount made it even better. Shipping was reasonable, took about 6 days to get to my clinic. The product itself is good, no issues there. Felt like I got a solid deal.

Anyone know the return policy for Oldream Medical? Got the wrong gauge needles.

L LauraK 4 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
I returned a box of threads once. Had to get an RMA and pay return shipping. They were pretty firm on the 'unopened and sealed' rule.
5
L LauraK 4 weeks ago
Yes, just email. Took a few days for them to reply though.
6
D DrNatalieP 4 weeks ago
Did you just email support for the RMA?
6
C ClinicianSue 4 weeks ago
My experience too. They're not super fast with returns.

P PharmTechMike 4 weeks ago
Medical supplies usually have strict return policies, especially if opened. You'd probably need to check their specific terms.
2
D DrNatalieP 4 weeks ago
They're unopened, but still... I'll check their site again.

My first order discount isn't applying at checkout. Anyone else?

J JessicaR 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
I had to manually enter 'FIRSTORDER' or something similar. It didn't auto-apply.

Mine was 'WELCOME10'. Maybe check their pop-up banner?

C ChloeB 1 month ago
Oh, I thought it would just show up. I'll try that, thanks!

Are you sure it's your *first* order? Sometimes they track by IP or email.
5
C ChloeB 1 month ago
Yeah, definitely my first time buying from them. Maybe it's a specific product type?

Tracking for Oldream Medical order hasn't updated in 5 days. Is this normal?

E EmilyW 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
I had a similar issue. Contacted support after a week and they gave me a different tracking link that worked better.
6
N NurseMaria 1 month ago
Yeah, I sent them an email yesterday, still waiting.

D DrChen 1 month ago
Support response times are a bit slow though.
4
D DrAhmed 1 month ago
Mine did that last month. It just suddenly updated when it was already in my country. Probably just slow international tracking.

Fingers crossed. It's for an urgent patient.

Is Oldream Medical legit? Getting mixed signals on their site.

D DrAishaKhan 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
I've ordered from them twice for PDO threads, no issues. Everything arrived. The CE certification is on their product pages.

L LiamMurphy 1 month ago
Yeah, their website looks a bit dated but products were fine for me too.

P PriyaSharma 1 month ago
Good to know. Saw some old forums saying they were new and sketchy.

My first order took forever to ship, like almost 2 weeks. Was worried. But it showed up eventually.

Are the PDO threads from Oldream Medical medical grade? The site doesn't explicitly say 'FDA approved'.

D DrRajesh 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
They mention CE certification on their product pages, which is the European standard. FDA is a different process.
5
D DrMeiLin 2 weeks ago
Right, but for US clinics, FDA is often a key point. Just making sure.
1
D DrSophie 2 weeks ago
I think most international suppliers are CE-certified, not necessarily FDA.

A AestheticRN 2 weeks ago
I've used them in my practice for years without issues. The quality seems consistent with other medical-grade threads I've bought.
4
D DrMeiLin 2 weeks ago
That's reassuring, thanks for the feedback.

Are the PCL threads from Oldream Medical really lasting 18-24 months like they claim?

D DrAva 2 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
Depends on the patient, their metabolism, and placement. I tell my clients 12-18 months. 24 is probably best-case scenario.
8
C CosmeticNurseJen 2 weeks ago
Yeah, that makes sense. Always good to under-promise and over-deliver.
6
D DrLee 2 weeks ago
Agreed. Marketing always pushes the max.
3
D DrPatel 2 weeks ago
I've used them for about a year now. My patients are seeing results for around 12-15 months, then we start discussing maintenance.
11
C CosmeticNurseJen 2 weeks ago
That's still pretty good, but not quite the 24 months. Good to know.

Hey, I'm thinking about ordering some PCL threads from here. Anyone know how long they actually last? The site says 'absorbable' but that's kinda vague.

J Julia Marsh 3 months ago
From my experience, the PCL ones from Oldream tend to last a bit longer than PDO. I'd say maybe 18-24 months? Depends on the patient too, of course.

M Marcus Ito 3 months ago
Yeah, I've heard PCL can go up to 2 years. They're good quality.

Having trouble applying the professional practitioner discount. Where do I enter it?

D DrSarahM 4 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
Check your account settings. Sometimes they link it directly to your account after verification, so it applies automatically.

Yeah, I did that. Got an email saying I was approved but no code or anything.
